CoreGiving, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting childhood hunger, hosted its fifth annual CoreGiving Day on October 9, 2025. On CoreGiving Day, more than 2,100 volunteers across 42 markets will spend their time on-site at food bank locations throughout the U.S.

Today, CoreGiving announced that it will hold its first annual CoreGiving Day on Thursday, September 23, 2021. Blackstone and 11 of its real estate portfolio companies will join food banks at locations across the country to provide meals to those in need. CoreGiving was launched in 2016 and has donated more than 10,000,000 meals in an effort to fight child hunger.
