Excluding special items, third-quarter 2025 adjusted earnings were $2.0 billion, or $1.61 per share, compared with third-quarter 2024 adjusted earnings of $2.1 billion, or $1.78 per share. Special items for the quarter primarily relate to restructuring costs.
