According to a Bloomberg News report, citing people familiar with the matter, several shareholders of Grab rival GoTo signed a memo to the board requesting an extraordinary general meeting.
Uber delivered third quarter results that exceeded Wall Street’s revenue and GAAP profit expectations, yet the market reacted negatively to the report.
